Mary Scharfe – RE/MAX Realtor

Mary Scharfe, a Realtor in Manhattan, KS wanted something that would stand out in her crowded market.  Andrew and Joe worked together to come up with an elegant, cool website that showcased the two things Mary loves most – helping people find their dream home, and her adopted hometown of Manhattan.

Joe did a few video shoots, getting tons of footage of the area and her featured homes.  He put them together into a series of video ads that will play on YouTube and Facebook in her chosen demographic, within her geographic area, and according to her budget.  Joe also made a fantastic introductory video for Mary for the site, and edited portions to make a really cool background for the homepage.

Andrew based the site design off Joe’s video work, with Mary’s feedback.  The site features things that Mary loves – like her running and race calendar –  giving her prospective clients a taste of who she is before they start working with her.

Her listings and the local listings in the Manhattan area are seamlessly tied in to the site design, making a cohesive, clear presentation for both the technical part of the site as well as the interesting part.
